Taylor Christiansen scored a season-high 6 goals to lead Wenatchee to its second win of the season with a 15 – 11 girls high school lacrosse defeat of Mercer Island, Tuesday at . 

Christiansen’s half-dozen goals, gave her 23 on the season.

Greta Schock netted 4 goals, Tawnee Tidd had 8 draw controls and Katie Kottkamp had 15 saves in goal for Wenatchee. For the Islanders, Lindsey Adams had 3 goals and Nicole Anders and Miranda Tingley combined for 9 ground balls. Andrea Hatsukami had 9 saves in goal for Mercer Island.

The Mercer Island (2-6-0) D-2 team next faces Mukilteo (3-4-0), Thursday, April 21 in a 7:30 p.m. start at Kamiak High School in Mukilteo.
