SMART Girls is a fun and interactive after school program designed to encourage healthy attitudes and lifestyles that will enable early adolescent girls to develop to their full potential. Through this program members will learn about self image, participate in numerous healthy activities including cooking, self defense, futsal, basketball, yoga and much more!
