Come to Island Books anytime on Thursday, April 26 to shop, enhance our IMS library and earn money for our school. You are especially encouraged to shop between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. for a social event where you will enjoy delicious appetizers and beverages while you socialize with other Islander Middle School parents and friends (based on past feedback, the social event is for adults only). Island Books will generously donate a portion of the proceeds of this day to our school to help raise money for our PTA.
During the evening social event, IMS Librarian Denis Radow will be on hand for valuable advice, and PTS President Kathy Bauman will serve as guest bartender. Jayme Witman, chef and entertainer extraordinaire, is coordinating food. What a great way to spend a spring evening with friends, food, drink, books, gifts and community. Join us.
