John Jacobson, head coach, has cited the speed of the team as something positive to build on, saying, “This is a young team and a lot of these guys have only played summer league water polo. It is a big transition for many of them. I am looking for improvement each time we play. We appear to be making progress.”

“Senior goalie Kenny Trowbridge had an outstanding 21 saves. The seven goals were spread around six different players and the team had 16 steals. The key for our team is to capitalize more on the opportunities we create and tighten up our defense,” Jacobson said. He also gave Bainbridge credit for “being very effective at double teaming hole-set, David Rudokas, so we had a difficult time getting shots off.”
The team has a bye tonight, but faces the tough Bellevue team Wednesday, Sept, 28, at 7:45 p.m. at . Admission is free.
