Here's a Great Workout for your New Year:
Get ready to join us at the Shoreclub for an all-new, amazing Functional Training Program, incorporating large muscle groups strength training, mixed up with interval training and speed play. This training program freely incorporates some Yoga and Pilates concepts, and will take place indoors and/or outdoors weather permitting.
Peo Gudmundsson, long time club member and personal trainer, will challenge you and use the Club's beautiful setting on the beach, the tennis courts, stair running and the multipurpose room. Please join us for a member free two week trial beginning January 24 at 9:30am.
We welcome non-members, $10 per class.
No more procrastination, just show up and have a solid workout.
