Yogasculpt: 4 Week Series

Start the New Year out with 4 weeks of Tuesday and Thursday morning Yogasculpt classes to tone your body, clear your mind and refresh your spirit!

Yogasculpt is a total body workout designed to work every major muscle group in your body. The classes are taught through a combination of yoga inspired movements and innovative resistance exercises using light hand weights, your body weight and gravity for increased muscle endurance. Yogasculpt builds strength, stamina, and flexibility.  Great music and a warmed room set the tone for this fun, challenging and body transforming practice.
