Mercer Island Islanders 2013 Football Fall Schedule
The Islanders are coming off a 6-4 season in 2012, their third winning season in a row in the perennially tough KingCo 3A conference.
The 2013 Mercer Island Islanders Football season kicks off on Friday away to Redmond High at Redmond HS Stadium.
The Islanders are coming off a 6-4 season in 2012, their third winning season in a row in the perennially tough KingCo 3A conference. A recent Seattle Times Coaches Poll had the Islanders ranked 5th in the conference.
The Seattle Times also highlighted the Oct. 11 home game vs Juanita and the Oct. 25 game at Mt. Si, as well as All-KingCo 3A/2A second-team offensive tackle Brad Kimball as a player to watch. The 6-3, 245-pound MIHS senior is sitting on offers to play at Harvard and Yale next year.

- Sept. 20, 7 p.m. Mercer Island High School vs Lake Washington Kangaroos
- Sept. 27, 7 p.m. Sammamish High School @ Sammamish Totems
- Oct. 4, 7 p.m. Interlake High School @ Interlake Saints
- Oct. 11, 7 p.m. Mercer Island High School vs Juanita
- Oct. 18, 7 p.m. Mercer Island High School vs Liberty Patriots
- Oct. 25, 7 p.m. Mount Si High School @ Mount Si Wildcats
- Nov. 1, 7 p.m. Bellevue High School @ Bellevue Wolverines
