Mercer Island's Jeff Lindquist Named to Elite 11 Quarterback Competition

quarterback , who at the University of Washington in 2012 before beginning his senior year of high school, was chosen to compete in the 2011 "Elite 11" quarterback skills competition. 

Held at Pepperdine University's campus in Malibu, Calif., the five-day competition will be held July 18-22 and feature 24 quarterbacks this time. NFL quarterbacks such as Tim Tebow of the Denver Broncos, Tennessee Titans QB Vince Young and the Houston Texans' Matt Leinart.
