It's the Mercer Island versus the Puyallup on Friday, Nov. 9 in one of four quarterfinal match-ups in the 2012 Boys High School Water Polo State Championship.
The Islanders (11-1) will face the Vikings (8-3) at 3 p.m. at the Curtis High School Pool in University Place. Early rounds to reach the quarterfinals saw some very lop-sided scores by MI, Bellevue and Newport vs. opponents.
