Seafood News: Sweet Spot Prawns, Halibut and (Soon) Dungeness Crab
What's in season and other seafood tidbits from Tim's Seafood in downtown Kirkland.
Fresh sweet spot prawn are available now, the season goes October thru November.
Fresh cooked dungeness crabs will soon be available, but the prices will start off on the high side.
Halibut season will come to a close in mid November, so now is the time to vaccuum pack and freeze for the 3 1/2 months it will not be available.
