Eagle Scout, Troop 624 Donate 400 Pounds of Food to Mercer Island Food Pantry

Mercer Island's Boy Scouts have been busy this summer.

With support from seven fellow scouts from Troop 624, the City of Mercer Island Youth and Family Services Department announced this week that volunteer Ervin Ham completed his summer Eagle Scout Project and arranged over 400 pounds of food donations for the MI Food Pantry.

According to the city, the pantry serves about 125 families every year.
