Mercer Island Arts Council

<p>The Mercer Island Arts Council (MIAC) is a City Council-appointed board of citizens whose mission is to advise the city on investing in local culture and promoting the arts.</p> <p>The MIAC is composed of 11 voluunteer members, each appointed to four-year terms. The Arts Council supports many high-visibility events and displays, including the I-90 Sculpture Garden, the Community Center Art Gallery and Mostly Music in the Park programming.</p> <p>The MIAC meets the second Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm at the Community Center at Mercer View.</p>
