Opened in September 2010, Mo's Pizza serves Sicilian style pizza, gourmet pasta, fresh organic salads and premiumMore Italian deli sandwiches. Premium ingredients are used in all menu items. Beer and wine are available with a happy hour from 3pm to 5pm. Happy hour appetizers include an antipasto plate, bruschetta, garlic bread and a meat and cheese plate. You can also enjoy gluten-free pizza and frozen yogurt for dessert at one of three large community tables. Mo's Pizza is Mercer Island's new pizza, beer and wine "dive."

Sahara Pizza, synonymous with great, fresh pizza, is delivered day and night on Mercer Island.

Located in theMore Mercer Village Shopping Center on the South-end, Sahara offers traditional pizza fare -- like the Sahara (pepperoni, sausage, onions, mushrooms and peppers), the Hawaiian Passion (Canadian bacon and pineapple) and the Herbivore (vegetarian). It also serves some unique, creative pizzas, such as the Caribbean Crunch, which includes mango and feta, and the Northwest Territory, featuring walnuts, mushrooms and Washington apple slices.

You can dine in at a few small tables, or order for pickup or delivery. Other menu items include pasta, salads, chicken wings and bread sticks. "Hot Deal" coupons are available on Sahara's website.

Roberto's Pizza

This homey sit-down Italian restaurant has cornered the market on unpretentious neighborhood atmosphere. TheMore pizza sports rich homemade sauce, with a handcrafted, "not too thin, not too thick" chewy crust that satisfies almost everyone. Although pizza is the main draw, Roberto's is just as well known for its kid-friendly (also loved by adults) classic iceberg lettuce salads with homemade dressing and grated mozzarella, signature cheesy bread and homemade lasagna.  Other pasta specials are available on weeknights, and the hearty Italian sandwiches round out the menu. There's no delivery here, but you can buy the sauces, salad dressings and even pizza dough if you want a short cut to good food at home. Reasonably-priced wine and beer are available. Kris and John Robbins have owned Roberto's for 22 years, fine-tuning their recipes and continuing to make everything from scratch, even grating their own cheese.

ItMore offers vegetarian fare and it is also kosher - certified by the Va'ad Harabanim of Greater Seattle - at affordable prices. It's more than pizza: There is a good offering of fresh and homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, and a full menu of entrees in addition to wonderful desserts.

Quizno's is best known for their made-to-order sub sandwiches. This location is conveniently located at The MercerMore plaza in Mercer Island's business district, with plenty of free parking in the rear lot. 

Quizno's offer a variety of soups, flat breads and kids meals, which include subs, sammies or pizza with a side of chips, cookie and an activity.

This location offer eight convenient tables and additional sidewalk seating.

Cindy's Nail Salon

Cindy and Tom Nguyn opened their salon in 1997 on the former site of a Domino's Pizza. Since then, the comfortable,More uspscale salon has become a local favorite. One long-time customer even compares Cindy's to the movie Steel Magnolias because almost everyone here knows each other and loves to talk.

The salon features nine chairs for adult pedicures and five for children. In addition, it carries Dermalogica skincare products because Cindy herself uses and likes these products. The shop also devotes several shelves to gifts such as Illume candles and diffusers.
