This post office is located in the back of the Rite Aid store in the South Mercer Shopping Center. The Postal ServiceMore contracts with Rite Aid to staff this location. The south end location offers post office boxes, sales of stamps, supplies and packaging materials and of course the  weighing and mailing of letters and packages. Oversized packages should be taken to the north end location. Mail is collected at 3 p.m. weekdays and at the outside box Saturdays at 3:15pm. Jan Lowe has managed this post office since about 1990, back when the contracting store was Lakeside Drugstore. Lowe is certain to bring in all the newest stamp designs because her customers like them.
