With over 13 years of sales and marketing experience, Megan utilizes her negotiation skills when working with both home buyers and sellers to help achieve their goals. With her Built Green membership and ties to local green builders and remodelers, Megan benefits her clients by staying on top of advances in the field of green/sustainable home building and home efficiency.

Now residing on Mercer Island with her husband, two young sons, and dog, Megan works out of the local John L. Scott Real Estate office in downtown Mercer Island. The Island's convenient location between Seattle and the Eastside also helps her stay involved in various community activities, including sitting on the boards of the Puget Soundkeeper Alliance, Mercer Island Farmers Market, and the Mercer Island Preschool Association.
