SUV Prowled, Girl Scout Cookies Taken: Mercer Island Police Log

Girl Scout Cookies were the only things taken from an unlocked SUV, according to Mercer Island Police.

Someone entered an unlocked SUV and took three boxes of Girl Scouts Cookies, according to a report on the Mercer Island Police press board.

The owner of an SUV in the 8400 block of North Mercer Way told police that she left her vehicle unlocked overnight March 10 and during the night someone took three boxes of the cookies, according to the police report. Though the car was rummaged through, nothing else was taken, according to the report.

  • Two vehicles, an SUV and a minvan, parked in the 2000 block of 80th Avenue Southeast were prowled the night of March 10. One Garmin GPS from each car was stolen. Nothing else was reported stolen.
