Seasonal Yoga Workshop

As the seasons change…can you feel the effects on your body and mind?

This workshop will provide information and suggestions to help you transition gracefully from one season to the next. Our focus will be helping you establish personal practices for maintaining a balanced and healthful life.


What will be included:

●60 minute dynamic Vinyasa yoga practice – focusing on twisting, forward bending, expansive poses and cooling, nurturing pranayama practices as the days get warmer and brighter.
●Diagnosis of your individual yoga personality trait
●Identification of foods to help you reduce inflammation, cool you off and create energy as the days get longer and weather get warmer
●How to create a proper daily routine that removes toxins, produces healthy digestion and brings balance into your life.
